It is a prerequisite policy for the applicant to have an authorized company, endorsed by the government of Malaysia, for the processing of the application. It is the role of the company to act as the sponsor of the applicant and to be the intermediary with the government until all the processes have been completed. The company would also seek suitable accommodation, if required, for the applicant.

Assist in getting accommodation and providing transport to the immigration department on the initial visit after conditional approval is received
